一：临时租车（带驾业务）

1：来电告知用车需求，告诉我们的车辆调度，具体租车日期、车型、行程。调度会以邮件、微信等方式将租车合同发送至客户。

2：客户收到租车合同，填写相关内容，支付相应的租车定金（紧俏车型）然后盖章或签字回传至我公司。

3：我公司收到合同后，客户订车成功。我们的调度会提前一天把驾驶员电话和车牌信息发送给订车人，届时驾驶员会提前一天和用车人取得联系。

4：结算方式

（1）用车结束后，驾驶员当场和用车人结清费用。

（2）我公司发票快递给客户，客户收到发票后转账至我公司账户。

二：长期租车（带驾业务）

1：客户通过电话、邮件、微信等联系方式告知具体租用的车型，租用期限。

2：双方就车型，租金，合同期限达成一致，签订长期租车合同。

3：调度根据客户时间安排驾驶员上门面试。

4：按照合同日期正式投入运行。

5：按照合同规定付款，以银行汇款方式支付租金。

3：调度根据客户时间安排驾驶员上门面试。

4：我公司安排专业的班车师傅踩点班车线路。

5：按照合同日期正式投入运行。

6：按照合同规定付款，以银行汇款方式支付租金。
